Totality 4 is based on the number of claims managed in the program. It is no longer feature dependent; all editions have the same features. As a preferred customer, you may choose the edition that best fits your practice. Please check your current claims (see instructions below) and decide what edition suits you best. Upgrading now based on your future plans will assure you the lowest future cost.

Mandatory Maintenance Plan:
New Maintenance Policy applies to all Totality users: A Maintenance Plan is now required. Maintenance Plans include unlimited technical support and all in-version (Totality version 4) updates.
How to Determine How Many Claims You Currently Have in Totality 3:
1. From the Totality 3 Navigator, click the Search for Claims button.
2. On the Search Claims window, change the Closed field from No to All.
3. Click the Search button.
4. The total number of claims (records) will be on the right side of the window, to the right of the Closed field.
